Panerai Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left Handed

Pre-owned Panerai Luminor 1950 ref PAM00579 (2014). Panerai released a duo of leftie-friendly watches in 2014, including the ref. PAM 579 with an in-house monopusher chronograph that was originally limited to just 300 watches. The first noteworthy design element is the chronograph monopusher, or "Monopulsante" as dubbed by the brand, located at 2 o'clock.  It also features the iconic lever-activated crown guard, which is placed on the left side of the case for southpaws and other collectors who prefer that configuration. The lightweight titanium case features the iconic Luminor cushion-shaped silhouette and Arabic numeral dial.  The warmer lume matches the brown dial perfectly, creating a warm, vintage-inspired aesthetic.  Lastly is the caliber P.2004/9, a 31-jewel hand-wound mechanical movement with an 8-day power reserve.
