Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series Stainless Steel

Pre-owned Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series ref 311.32.40.30.02.001 (2019) pays homage to what is, perhaps, one of the most beloved and important Speedy models of all time, ref. CK 2998.  It lends its design to the modern collection as we know it today and was famously the watch worn by astronaut Wally Schirra during the Sigma 7 mission in 1962, making it the first Omega in space.  The limited edition model, released in 2018, is a faithful reinterpretation of that watch, featuring a lightly sand-blasted silvery dial with blacked hour markers and alpha-style hands, three black sub-dials with sand-blasted rhodium-plated hands, and a striking ceramic bezel with a vibrant white enamel pulsometer scale.  Omega presents the watch on a micro-perforated leather strap with white design details.  Inside the case beats the caliber 1861.  This watch was only produced in quantities of 2,998.  Take advantage of the chance to add it to your collection before it's gone!
